Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms apply throughout this agreement. Where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the 1toto platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 1toto operates a strict 21+ policy across all products. Any attempt to register by a person under 21 will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds pending return per applicable law.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. 1toto's services are directed specifically at Indonesian players. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is not supported.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Persons acting under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incompetent are not permitted to register.
• Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from 1toto or any affiliated platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 1toto or its technology and gaming suppliers are not permitted to hold member accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

As a registered Member, you are solely responsible for the security and activity of your account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must maintain a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted and are strongly encouraged to do so voluntarily at any time via account settings.
• You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and actions taken on your account, whether or not those actions were authorized by you personally.
• You must notify 1toto support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 1toto is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Member failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in your name, report it immediately to [email protected].
• You must keep your contact details — email address, phone number, and payment account information — current and accurate at all times.

1toto reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews, including requests for updated identity documentation, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds verification. Failure to cooperate with such reviews within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction.

All deposits to your 1toto account must be made through the approved payment channels listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
• Processing time: Deposits via local bank transfer and all supported e-wallets are typically credited within seconds to a few minutes. During periods of high network traffic, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that are legally your own. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using funds sourced from illegal activity, is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• No credit or borrowed funds: 1toto does not accept deposits funded by credit cards, bank overdrafts, loans, or any form of borrowed money. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own disposable income.
• Payment method verification: 1toto may request documentation confirming that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be reversed.

1toto does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — these are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by 1toto.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Verified accounts can expect funds to arrive within 5–30 minutes of approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• KYC completion required: All members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of the deposit payment method used.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering.
• Wagering requirements: If a deposit bonus has been claimed and is still active, the corresponding wagering requirement must be met in full before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Pending bets: Open bets and active game sessions must be settled before a withdrawal request that would reduce the balance below the stake amount will be processed.
• Fraud and AML checks: 1toto reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending an anti-money laundering (AML) review. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal may be withheld pending investigation and, if necessary, reported to the relevant financial intelligence authority.

1toto does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Processing times beyond the stated window may occur during periods of system maintenance or extraordinary verification requests. Members will be notified via email if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

1toto offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1, the AFF Cup, Idul Fitri, and Ramadan. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a turnover requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10–50%; slot contribution rates vary by title. The applicable rates are published in the promotion details.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per transaction: Only one active bonus may apply to any single deposit. Members may not stack multiple welcome offers unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
• Abuse and fraud: 1toto employs algorithmic monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds. Where abuse is detected, 1toto reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse related winnings, and restrict or close the account without prior notice.
• Eligibility: All promotions are available to registered members who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing. 1toto reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on the 1toto platform are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. General rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• Bet confirmation: A wager is only valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet receipt is issued. Bets that appear accepted but are not confirmed in your bet history should be reported to support immediately.
• Obvious error: 1toto reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error, manual input mistake, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account in full.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product and market. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted without advance notice.
• Live betting: In-play odds change in real time. A bet is only accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation — not the odds at the time you initiated the bet slip. Delays in your internet connection do not entitle a member to the odds displayed prior to the delay.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator): Mix parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the accumulator to pay out. One losing leg voids the entire accumulator unless a specific each-way or partial cashout option is in effect.
• Togel draws: Togel results are based on official draw outcomes from the relevant lottery provider (SGP, HK, SDY, and others). 1toto accepts no responsibility for delays or cancellations attributable to the lottery provider.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure during a slot spin, live casino hand, or any other game session, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Any winnings generated during a malfunction period are not payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1toto platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human instruction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or placing bets based on insider information relating to the outcome of any sporting event.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to exploit platform promotions, betting markets, or game mechanics.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or RNG system used on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1toto staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing a payment through your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used for wagering.

All content on the 1toto platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1toto or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the platform without prior written consent.
• Use 1toto's trademarks, logos, or brand name in any commercial context or in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data — including odds, game results, or member data — from the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 1toto's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

1toto collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is used exclusively for account administration, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support.
• Personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud detection partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1toto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activity, including losses resulting from bets placed during technical errors that were subsequently voided.
• Interruptions to service resulting from planned maintenance, unplanned outages, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest.
• Loss of data, unauthorized account access, or damage to your device resulting from your failure to maintain adequate personal security measures.
• Decisions made in reliance on information, statistics, or editorial content published on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory holds outside of 1toto's direct control.

In no event shall 1toto's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.

1toto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the member or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the member via the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, provided no outstanding investigation is in progress.

1toto is operated by a licensed international entity incorporated and regulated in a jurisdiction that permits the provision of online betting and gaming services. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction of incorporation.

While 1toto's services are directed at Indonesian players and all customer-facing operations are conducted in the Indonesian market context (IDR currency, local payment methods, Indonesian-speaking support), the legal framework governing the platform's operation is that of the international licensing jurisdiction. This arrangement is standard practice among globally operating online betting brands.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 1toto's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.

1toto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Suspension & Termination clause above.
